Refund policy
We want you to be confident about paying for PoolTechDesk before you do. This policy explains how trials work and how refunds are handled if something isn't right after you've subscribed.
1. Try before you pay
Every plan includes a free 14-day trial with no credit card required. This is the main way to make sure PoolTechDesk fits your business before spending anything — take the full trial period to test recurring routes, chemical readings, service reports, billing and the other features included in your plan.
2. Monthly plans
If you're on a monthly plan and something goes wrong — a billing error, a feature that didn't work as expected, or you simply want to cancel shortly after being charged — contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund that billing period in full. Refund requests outside that 14-day window are reviewed case by case.
3. Yearly plans
Yearly plans are billed upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate. If you cancel within the first 30 days of a yearly subscription (new signup or renewal), we'll refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis. After 30 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, though you're welcome to cancel auto-renewal at any time to prevent future charges.
4. How to request a refund
Since Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all PoolTechDesk purchases, refunds are issued through Paddle. You can request a refund directly through the payment receipt/confirmation email Paddle sends you, or by contacting us at support@pooltechdesk.com and we'll process the request with Paddle on your behalf. Please include your account email and the approximate charge date to speed things up.
5. Contact
PoolTechDesk is operated by sole proprietor (FOP) Roman Grytsyna, Ukraine. For refund questions, contact support@pooltechdesk.com. See also our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
